Job Description :

Lead configure and customize the Atlassian toolsincluding Jira JSM Confluence Opsgenie and related plugins to alignwith organizational requirements.

Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to gather and scope projectrequirements.

Design and implement customworkflows fields screens and automation to optimize processes andsupport business needs.

Build a playbook todemonstrate the capabilities of Atlassian / Jira to the businessusers.

Build and maintain documentationguidelines and standard methodologies for the Atlassian tools andrelated processes.

Maintain Atlassianenvironment to best practice standards around security groupspermissions schema configurations and backups.

Create dashboards based on business requirements troubleshootAtlassian related issues and generate reports to provide tool usageand performance insights.

Proven understandingof IT service management concepts and standard processes.

Experience with Atlassian tool integration and plugindevelopment is a plus.

Time management skillsto balance ongoing administrative tasks with projectbasedwork.

Ability to work effectively within a teamand with minimal supervision.
